1. First thing's first, have you registered with iHigh? If not, do so now by clicking on the "Register" button at the top of the page and filling out the very short registration form.
2. When you are logged in, click on "Media" in that toobar at the top of the page. This will open up your Media Manager.
3. The Photo tab should be displayed, click on the button that says "Click to Upload" to bring up the upload form.
4. Click "Browse" to locate the image file on your computer. Give it a title and make sure to check the box that confirms that by uploading this picture you are not violating any copyrights or the iHigh rules.
5. Click "Upload"
   
6. On this page, click the button labeled "Join Competition." This brings up a Competition Manager screen.
7. Click "Select Content" and find your picture in the drop-down list.
   
8. Click "Go" to submit the entry.
   

1. Entries must be submitted before November 10th, voting ends on November 15th.
2. Obscene photos will be disqualified and deleted from the iHigh network: no nudity, profanity, or sexually explicit content is allowed. Let's try to keep it PG, folks.
3. Entries must be original, which means don't upload pictures of someone else and claim their costume as your own. You're on the honor system with this one.
4. Fun and creativity are highly encouraged. If you want to be a vampire or a witch try to make it unique in some way. Make it a vampire who was recently appointed to the Supreme Court, or a witch that loves the Buffalo Bills. Nobody wants to have to scroll through a hundred of the same generic, straight-out-of-the-package vampire costumes.
